Will he start for us? Where does dembele and smyth fit in? Can we not just sigh proper wingers who are right footed and play right wing? Same for the left. We have too many players who can't beat their man, take the ball to the byline and cross it? Chair, dembele, saito, now poku if he comes. We could end up with yang back also. Rather the mothersille lad. Reminds me of bright.

BBC now reporting Sunderland and Rangers in for him. There’s no way he’ll come to us with them in the frame ahead of us! We never have anything good anymore…

Ive seen Pboro play a lot more since the EFL decided to fk my ability to finish work on a Saturday with the poxy 12.30 ko finish work and watch them if can't get to London. Poku is a player that beats his man and get a cross in he has the ability to play as a 10 and we've got a fixation with a decent no 10 but Chair Kolli Dembele Poku if he came all can drop in the role. Smtyh finishing is nowhere near Poku level given 3 clubs now seem to have offers accepted which for a lad out of contract didn't come through Posh academy won't be a lot to offer if other clubs are rumours locally Swansea possibly one up north does a London lad want to go back home ?

As for Mothersille personally if Posh want 1m for him id let them keep him he's pacy not bad at beating a CB but finishing imo at L1 not the best for side that creates a load of chances Kelman banged in shed load more may as well give him a shot and see if it save 1m

He can play as a winger but mainly used as a CF Pboro had Ricky Jade Jones who is really rapid but gone to club in Germany Mothersille operates down the left if used as a winger but they now got a young lad who kicked on better down the left hence he's as CF but I reckon hell be down pecking order as they got a Swedish kid came in January who looks better hence they'd sell Malik for a profit. I can't see benefit in Mothersille with what we have only my opinion

Fair one shaggy. Still not convinced where poku fits in if he does sign. Dembele and chair will definitely start if fit. Alongside varane and field. Then frey up top. Who plays off him? Madsen?

              • New Manager prefers 4-4-2 apparently so maybe Kelman gets his chance up top with Frey

Im with you on this, from what ive seen of Poku he's better than Smyth better than Dembele 50-50 do we need 3 x RW nope rather see funds on a no 9 loan or purchase someone that's a CF 1st and foremost however if £London correct new gaffer likes 2 up front changes perspective as he could then use chair Dembele Poku if signed Saito and Madsen who to be fair did well last month of season in role and all can play wide so gives us options but they really only work if Frey is fit

2 up front will be refreshing if he's a 442 or even 433 guy

                      • Derby County just signed Carlton Morris from Luton and are looking to sign Patrick Agyemang from Charlotte FC. I can't help thinking that we should have been looking at one of those, both proper centre forwards.

                        • Kealey Adamson now official, Aussie RB previously mentioned.

Nice to see us doing some business. Maybe that means we could see Dunne more in centre or perhaps new guy competition and cover at RB.

                          • Hope the aussie lad is decent. Last aussie rb I can remember was Andrew mcdermott who was actually quite good. Never really got a run of games and seemed to disappear shortly after.

At least it means Santos won't be back. Genuinely the worst rb we have seen in a long time. Miles out of his depth. A park player would have offered more.

Fox I do tend to find myself agreeing with you but I'm not sure we should be making these cheap signings from Asda when it looks like we will be in line for a 13million pay out for Eze. I think we could hold fire a little longer because with that decent amount of money coming into the club surely we can start being a bit more ambitious with the new signings and give the new manager a chance!
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Im not convinced our approach will change much even with the Eze money. The owners are ploughing in £12m a season to keep us going. Any Eze money might give them a year off! Im sure the new Dunne contract wasn't cheap either.
