Because he's seen as a lower league specialist - high on motivation (which might not work with certain Prima Donnas) but not that quick tactically. I also think we're beginning to see a move towards younger guv'nors who have a grasp on the way the game has changed. A few years ago you could go through the fixtures on any given Sat in the Prem and be fairly confident that you wouldn't find more than three formations - 4-4-2, 4-5-1 and the occasional 4-3-3. Now any amount of variations appear, it isn't unusual to see three set ups by one side in the same game and often as a tactical response to what's on the park. All this kind of stuff was never Colin's area of expertise imo. That's why replacing him with someone whose tactical thinking was equally limited was so strange. Colin could certainly do a job for someone though.

Next QPR Manager On The Horizon?

I wonder who the next QPR manager will be? I can't see Harry turning this around now, I think 2/3 more games will seal his fate, I think we need a Neil Warnock style manager again, someone who can motivate them.

What about the Leyton Orient Manager Russell Slade? or Malky Mackay? or more importantly, how much time realistically do you think Harry has?

Should never have got rid of Warnock, we got too big for our boots and now we're f..ked.

I really don't think TF will make a change until the end of the season and I expect Harry will move on anyway, we should be safe from relegation, some of the mess has been cleaned up, it will be time to regroup for next season in The Championship!

Should never have been given this long. Should have been shown the door before being allowed to mess up the January transfer window 2 years in succession.

                Absolute mug.

I wish he never left, I think he had a lot to do with our early results and obviously has turned Derby around!

We should have kept Remy and Adel at any cost this season in Championship in order to return immediately to Premier. Now we are f....d!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is toooooooooooo late for any changes....another f.....g 15 years in the scrap!!!!!!!!!! I don`t want to read any more "positive" thoughts from "specialists" in here. FFS Redknapp - just GO!

No chance if Derby go up,and little chance if they don't IMO.

Maybe Dyche if Burnley don't go up.
