Transfermarkt shows his contract expiry as 30 June 26.

Hes been with us since the 22/23 season, which would mean an initial 3yr deal plus a 1yr option for last season.

But we keep lengths of contracts secret these days, so you could well be right.

I do think when fit he is the best defender we have alongside Ronnie. The problem is he is never fit so we probably need to move on

MK Dons, Plymouth and Sheff Wed all in for Murphy Cooper.

We'll need two new keepers at this rate!

2? Nardi gone. Walsh AND Cooper linked with moves away.... we need 3 just to sort of stand still!

I'm wondering if we are absolutely skint and are keeping it quiet so as not to dent ST sales? Deffo need a busy 3 weeks in the transfer market if we're gonna have a matchday squad ready to take on the opening set of fixtures. Maybe JS is one of these modern managers who likes having a small lean squad but with our injury record we can't contemplate such madness.

When he has demonstrated this? He had a decent season 2 years ago. done f all since. Is he that good that we have to keep him? Personally he not a patch on dunne or edwards. Even cook was more reliable and performed to a higher level than jcs.

Let him go and sign someone who can actually play/be available for 30+ games a year. The game is played on the pitch not on paper.

Season ticket sales are already through the roof and broken all records - i think it now waiting list only - so that won't be a reason

That is great news regarding season ticket sales.
I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

Certainly need to see some activity soon. True, we have some decent players but this season’s Championship looks very strong.
If we don’t have the money fair enough. But if that is the case, then letting Cook and Field depart, showed either confidence or stupidity. I hope the former. One or two injuries (surely incoming) and what we have at this moment looks undercooked.

Adebayo- free agent. 29 years old. Had an injury ravaged year last season but if hes fit now then that would be a handy signing. Him off the bench for the last 20 mins would be some impact. Hated when he played us v luton. Always a handful and a big lump to boot. Take the strain off kone a bit.

QPR have eyes on Yanis Cimignani as a potential addition this summer transfer window, with transfer journalist Rudy Galetti reporting that the Hoops are among the clubs to have made contact over a potential deal for his services.

But that proves my point... keep quiet about financial woes whilst STs are selling like hotcakes. Whatever, at least the fanbase still retains hope it seems!
