      Gotta give them credit.
They've fixed our Goalkeeper and full back issues already (assuming injuries) and we are being linked with a decent box to box which is something we've been calling for.

Nourry really has put together a very good side on paper at least. If we get 15m for Ronnie I'd be interested in seeing what he can do with that as so far over the last 2-3 seasons so good.

      Way more hits than misses.

Im sure we'd still be looking for free transfers and plsyers in the last year of their contracts. That money would likely cover the budget. But yeah, we're doing okay with how we're doing things at the moment.

Money might go into the train ground expansion too. Cat 1 status will be so important to grab the talent as early as possible. If I had my time again and I could also pass the ball properly, cross it into the box and had natural fitness, with Cat 1 status Id join Qpr over Arsenal, Chelsea & Spurs because Id get a better route into first team football.

Things are progressing so well......until we lose two on the bounce when the Board will be a useless bunch of w1nkers!

Keeping Ronnie is a must and we need to build around him. It’s likely that Ronnie will go on developing and any profit we might see now, could be eclipsed in the not too distant future. If Ronnie goes, I don’t see us in the top 8.

QPR are interested in signing Finnish midfielder Glen Kamara from Ligue 1 side Rennes on a permanent deal.

Glen, who is now 30, has spent his career primarily at Rangers but also had stints with Dundee FC and Leeds United too.

Rennes finished in 6th last season but Glen hardly featured only playing 57 minutes across the whole season. He was fit and an unused substitute for most games.

Glen Kamara, 30, from Finland ➤ Queens Park Rangers, since 2026 ➤ Central Midfield ➤ Market value: €2.00m ➤ * 28/10/1995 in Tampere, Finland

When I first saw this and looked at his last few seasons I thought this is player that is past his best, but it seems he fell out of favour at Rennes as soon as Stephan was sacked and rarely played for them again. However was key part of Leeds team that lost in playoff final in 2024 before sale to Rennes for €10m. This would very much be a Stephan signing and hopefully he will turn out to be our new Shaun Derry, a player that many saw as past it when we signed him from Palace.

It would be great if we could sign De Keersmaecker and Kamara and fund both through the sale of Varane.

We need more than one decent defensive midfielder. We havent got one at the moment. Getting both these guys would complete the recruitment i reckon. Then it will be who can be sold or loaned out for more experience.

I share similar views to djp on Glen Kamara, looks a good signing.

Tolaj scored 2 on his debut for Bristol City today, the first about 60 seconds after coming on. I think he'd have been a great signing for QPR.

I contacted the club when Tolaj was at Aldershot-saying they should scout him - he partnered a player called Stokes and you could tell he had something about him. Scored 20 in 44 appearances. Bit like John Byrne. Bristol city signed Stokes and now they have Tolaj too - he will be good for them this season.

Just seen a FB update that Brian De Keersmaecker has decided to join Blackburn not us. I haven't seen that reported elsewhere, so it could be nonsense?????

Queens Park Rangers and West Bromwich Albion are both monitoring a move for Oxford United defender (RB/CB/LB) Brodie Spencer this summer.

The 22-year-old full-back has emerged as a target for both Championship clubs, with interest growing ahead of a possible transfer during the current window.
