Im glad to see Santos moving on. He clearly wasn't good enough.

So, Kolli hasnt even made the bench for any of the pre-season games. All I've heard was that he stayed away from the foreign trip to improve his conditioning...???

He's either come back to pre-season so out of condition that hes not fit enough for a ten minute stroll, injured, or on the way out.

Are there any rumours thats he's injured or on the way out of the club....? Silence is deadly this end!

I thought I read somewhere that he was injured but I can't find it again now.

The rumour sites making links on Lloyd going back to Orient on a permanent deal, and Kolli going to France on loan/permanent deal. Everything has gone quiet on Edwards.

Surely we need to sell someone after all the recent signings? Even the free signings will have wages added to the budget.......?

I would guess losing the wages of probably our 2 highest earners in Cook and Hayden could be similar terms that the likes of Lamptey and Kamara might have been offered.

It’s maybe safe to assume the likes of Field and Nardi were on generous salaries too.

Stephan dropped some transfer hints yesterday in saying we might expect another 2 incoming before the window shuts.

                  Let me guess.......

Brian De Keersmaecker from Oxford if we can sell Verane and A. Another if we sell Ronnie.

If the rumours are true then a replacement for Kolli and Lloyd would be required, then I would think a back up to Varane as a safety net if he gets injured.

Isak looks like he could become an able deputy to cover Madsen passing abilities this season.

Some fans were angry when Paul Furlong was let go, but since the ex Palace U21 coach Anthony Hayes was appointed, I think it’s fair to say there’s been a noticeable improvement in the likes of Isak and Pearman.

Daily Mail reports today that we, Blackburn and others are showing interest in Liverpool left back Luke Chambers.

QPR are closing in on a deal for AFC Wimbledon youngster Junior Nkeng, with a fee of around £850K plus add-ons expected to be agreed early next week.

The midfielder impressed during his breakthrough campaign, particularly in standout displays against Wycombe, Bolton and Leyton Orient.

Nottingham Forest were also tracking Nkeng, but QPR are believed to have offered a clearer pathway to regular first-team football.

850k on an 19 year old who has scored 2 goals in 24 games in league 1. No chance. Go and sign a striker instead. Kolli will be off, obikwu is a waste of a squad no at this sstage and Lloyd isn't champ level. If kone gets injured we may aswell wave goodbye to a top 10 finish.

Not sure spunking away nigh on a £million for a kid fits our model? I'd be more excited if went after their winger who bagged a brace against us to be honest.
