Don't get me wrong I ain't trying to make the lad out to be the second coming or anything but he is a very good championship player and effective at what he does. I think most managers in that league would love to have a Jamie Mackie in their squad.

I voted "yes". He is a character player and every team needs some of those. Has an eye for goal and has shown he has what it takes to be part of a championship winning team. Also won't be looking for 100k per week!'Only a Ranger!' cried Gandalf. 'My dear Frodo, that is just what the Rangers are: the last remnant in the South of the great people, the Men of West London.' - Lord of the Rings, Book II, Chapter I - Many Meetings.

I voted yes on the poll, but not quite sure why. Must be because he is a CC- specialist now and also impressed me when Reading played Arsenal in the cup.
If he actually ends up here I hope CR&co will work on his tendency to run into blind alleys.QPR

I love the guy. His workrate, determination, love for the club and energy is great IMO. Even if he doesn't play every game he seems like a good guy to have around the dressing room. I'll never forget that winner against Liverpool either. Sent the stands into pandemonium!

i was one of the first people to defend him when some of the divs on here were coating him,a decent honest player who always tried his best,it meens a lot , and we `ll always have best wishes for Jamie,
But we are now hopefully learning lessons and looking to the future ,even if it take a couple of years ,youth ,attacking football , we cant look back .....
