    BURNLEY WANT KONE

Burnley have reportedly submitted an initial enquiry to QPR over potentially signing forward Richard Kone.

Kone joined last summer for around £3 million from League One Wycombe Wanderers. Richard Kone scored 11 last season for the R’s while assisting 2.

Kone is valued at just over £7 million. Richard was benched last week vs Portsmouth and did not start.

First Edwards now Kone. Do Burnley think we're their feeder club or something?

For starters thst £7m is ridiculous as a quoted figure from a journo. For his age, goals scored and the fact he had little support last season you'd have to double this figure. Burnley must think we're skint or something!!!

Would we take £30 million for the pair?

Pearman starts for Swindon on the left side of an advanced midfield three.

Bristol Rover new signing Philip Sanyaolu said he is "just excited to get going," describing himself as a "direct winger" after signing for the club today.

He arrives on loan from Championship side QPR for 26/27 and his preference is to play as a right winger, adding competition on the flanks to the likes of Bobby Kamwa and Shaq Forde.

                        WATFORD WANT JCS

Jake Clarke-Salter is being linked to Watford as they are currently ‘exploring a move’ for the QPR centre back.

JCS didn’t feature much last season due to injury however has shown his class this season with two really strong performances so far.

He joined QPR under the Beale era back in 2022 from Chelsea. The defender is now 28 and only valued at £400,000

We hardly lose when JCS plays.
Wouldn't sell, especially not for 400k

Any news on how Pearman did?

I like JCS. Has never stopped fighting despite all the set backs. Also a good player when fit, which I appreciate up to now has not been often. Obviously need to manage his game time but if we do then could be important player over the course of a long hard season. Not worth selling for a nominal sum.

JCS nominal sum is probsbly due to nearing the end of his contract, whenever that is. If hes out of contract at the end of this season £400k is a decent price. I suppose its all about who's available to replace him. Its not a huge amount of money and if the club have patched him up OK its better to keep him. If it was £750k then it may be better to cash out....perhaps?????
