    So all i want to know now, is;

Did Marti fall out with Nourry and that's why he spoke with WBA?
    or
Did Marti or his team speaking with WBA cause the fall out?

IE. Do we have a problem in Nourry?

Over Marti, see ya later mate.

Hope the club move fast, but considered in getting someone in. Also make sure we get paid for Marti jumping ship if infact he's the one doing the jumping.

Tbf he was lucky to survive that winless run before Christmas.
But to find out he held talks with another club last September ( being spoken about on X ) and then again now is too much.
All that bull #### coming from his mouth.
Disappointing, but my god some the games this year have been beyond crap.
We just need a manager with a simple philosophy and exciting football.
Not backwards ,sideways and along the back 4

Next season he will be getting big boos from me plus a few other “passionate” words, all that pumping of the chest before and after the game walking round the pitch is patronising, knew he was gone after that. He can take his boring football elsewhere and go #### himself

    It's a sad end.
I liked Marti, he seemed like a decent person. He saved us last season, and we (just about) avoided a relegation dogfight this season.
It has to be said that at times our football was dire, and he must take some responsibility for that.
I wish him well, thanks for all he's done, now we move onto another chapter.

Has this situation been deliberately set up by Marti & WBA so we sack him and therefore they avoid paying us the compensation?

####ing poor form by WBA & Marti - they deserve each other #####!!!

Well we got 1 game to play we’re safe loads will be gone let’s get it right for pre season

Marti obviously had enough to go behind clubs back another Beale and tbh his football was far better to watch

If he has been speaking to West Brom then he can do one, hasta la vista baby.

I never liked his style of play, especially the tippy toe crap.

Nobody is bigger than the club.

    We move on.

It shouldn't go amiss that this is very poor behaviour on WBA's behalf to hold back door discussion with another club's manager before the season has ended. FFS, couldn't it wait an extra week!!!!

I hope the FA get involved.

Not seen that for a coach ever really? He's off for sure...
Someone on here reminded me that we did the same thing with Holloway when he had discussions with Leicester.

I just hope we get some decent compensation.

Even if it's £500k it will help for next season and will probably cover his wages for this season.
