    Well I'm starting to wonder!

His love of Beale & Marti after doing what they've done is unbelievable. His love for Willock, Armstrong and Dickie whilst beclaiming his knowledge of football from playing semi-pro is shocking. I've come to the conclusion he's either deluded or a troll, and I'm edging towards the latter.

What makes you think he's Spurs? You've mentioned this before.

You are correct, I was approached many times for higher paid work. But when Ive enjoyed working where I was, and was still learning, I rejected those approaches. If it ain't broke dont try and fix it. But on the many occasions when I've outgrown the company and was fed up with the BS and there's no challenge, I have definately talked with other companies. But, until I get that move I was demotivated by the whole stench of these companies and went through the motions until I moved on. And from my experience, once you're prepared to talk to someone else, you're done.

The Beale situation was no different to Marti. My old memory bank (getting lag these days!!) I recall the rumours that Beale had talked to Wolves, it was all agreed, then they made the official approach and he turned them down because Rangers started to sniff around. Wolves were extremely pissed off with Beale because they ended up with public egg on their face!!! So, the similarity is that both Beale & Marti talked behind our back. Once you do that you're toast if your employer finds out.......again I have experience of this. One minute you're then blue eyed boy, show you're not committed and you're persona non grata!! There is no comeback for Marti at the Rs and its just when/how and under what package he leaves.

That's my honest opinion from 40yrs of working for 14 different financial services companies.

So, as the similarities between Beale and Marti are the same, and you'd give the benefit of the doubt to Marti, would you do the same to Beale? He's had two manager jobs and one coaching job since leaving us and has more experience and is wiser. Would you take Beale back? If the answer is "no" then you cannot condone keeping Marti.

Mole said he wanted to stay after wolves which was complete bulls hit so completely different circumstances. I did rave about him but your England comment is very far fetched which needs to be explained because some might take your sarcasm as serious. I said he would end up as a top 6 premier league manager which I hold my hands up and say I got it wrong but when you post 20,000 times I think 2 bad posts isn't a bad effort.

Too many on here need a reality check and should appreciate Cifentes yes he's ambitious and wanted to join a bigger club but hopefully that's fallen through and we accept it and move on. He is a big part of this clubs future and I fear for us if we have to pick from that poo pool!
Bring back Beale.......you loved him too and thought he'd go on to manage England.

Marti will never have the trust of the players after his actions. They put the work in and he'll bail at the first opportunity and leave them high and dry.

Snake 1 & Snake 2 can go do one. They think they're better than us, so let them find out. I wouldnt take a GF back after shes done the dirty on me and the same principle applies. Trust is everything.

I didn't know only one person was allowed in that pitch side managerial zone during play. Was quite funny watching Betsy and Calm playing "after you Cecil" before cedeing territory. Overall it looked like Betsy had first dibs though. Plus he was clutching quite quite a thick notebook whereas Calm liked the iPad thing on a stand in dugout. Overall the show went on very nicely without Marti, as it should too. Managers come and go but the games never stop.... We move forwards to next season.

All this nonsense about the medical guy living in Dubai is doing my head in too. A relative of mine recently had a full CT scan and bloods and due to NHS shortages the data was sent to Australia for analysis and diagnosis. The guy in Dubai is extremely experienced who cam oversee the rehabs without the need to put his hands on skin! We have a team of medical guys onsite to do the physio.

CN's worst signings were Celar and Madsen. The former was unsettled in the UK when his wife fell pregnant and wanted to go home and he then picked up a huge injury. Madsen was a strange one but has a few goals and assists lately and may come good next season if he's given a free role like Taarabt was. I'm on the fence as to whether all the injuries as severe as they appear, and if they are merely niggles by unmotivated players who can see the manager is looking elsewhere? We also have cheaper players who may not be as physically robust as more expensive players?

Marti is playing us for fools and I hope he's career goes the way if the other snake who tried to pull our chain!

It seems to me he's looking for a problem to justify his own self-interest.

Much more negatives for me and I just read an article by Paul Parker and he is very much on my page. I think we're losing a manager because he has asked the owners to support his ambitions and why is it such a problem to have an ambitious manager. For me Norrey seems to have gone completely away from the spot light. We finally have a manager that wants to build something but for me this little runt of a CEO wants to put a block on it. Why can't we see that? I'd rather the kid moves on and we keep the manager and let him do his job without clearly too much interference.

Whats the bet that our dip in form after January corresponds to Marti trying to get another job?
Coupled with our poor showing last week tied to another time Marti is looking at other jobs instead.
