    I'm not surprised we don't have a manager yet.

    Our Sporting Director seems to spend most of his working day on the phone to the various poodles and ITK#####s of this messageboard.

        You have his mates who seem hell bent on defending him whatever he does and his detractors who blame him for everything.

        Why don't you just try to find some middle ground and leave it at that
