Norington-Davies will be a decent loan if he can shake off the agro he got from the Blades fans.

Edwards has been getting some game time. I don't see them selling him. At best if we were to offer a good loan fee they might let him come on loan but even that I doubt. Could be very useful to Southampton this season. Started I think first two games, on bench last one.

Whats the chances of a cheeky bid for Edwards? Out of favour at saints, we have some money, throw in a cash plus player deal?? Only thing is who would they want from us?? Or how much would it take to get Ronnie?

Just read they are trying to sign Aziz from boro so maybe they want a bit of money to offset what he will cost which won't be cheap!

That is what I remember, 20% of the profit, but I was not aware of the £3 million of add on’s.

Depending which site you read the original price varies from £16-17m and with "achievable add ons" the total price £19.5 - 20m.

Being reported that Warburton confirmed today the sell on clause was 20%.

Selling price reported at £67.5m and their buying price at £20m inc add ons. £47.5m profit @ 20% is £9.5m. Add that to the £3.5m we got up front for Kelman means we've brought in £13m so far this transfer window.

Im going to ignore transfer fees paid out because thats investment money that should be recouped by transfer sales further down the line. But that £13m essentially means the 25/26 season will be the first one that is self financed from football operations. The £12m loss in the last set of accounts has been covered for this season.

We just need to do this every season from now on...no pressure then!

To be fair to Eze as my mate who's a massive spuds fan said he's already carried 1 pi££ poor side in his career and didn't fancy carrying another, to which I replied spot on did well to carry Wycombe he can only see spurs to much to ask of 1 person he's not responded so far
