Every time we've made a signing he's said we hope to get two or three more across the line.

Its a bit like the old days when your plane was delayed by 30 minutes, and 30 minutes later it was still delayed by 30 minutes!

But this is better news. Here's to the next 2 or 3 and the 2 or 3 after that before the window closes.

    I would have thought.

Surely the players you mentioned would take a step back for regular first team football? Fair play to Ryan for playing left back but I think he's wasted there and could do for us what these linked players could do. It really does seem that Smyth, Niko, Shodipo and Oteh are unlikely to make the grade so as you say use them to bring in some young players who have already made 100+ appearances.

Don't know whether this belongs here, apols if some don't like it.
But I see Derby are desperate to sign Chaz from WBA.
There was talk of him coming back here, but apparently two days ago we decided wages were too high.
Love to see Derby crash, maybe agent Austin could go there and be injured and awful.
    Just drain them of dosh

With Bonne, Willock/Green, Adomah and BOS all moving forward it seems that LB may be the last piece of the jigsaw?
