Can't wait for this signing.... It will be massive. Must be a lift to everyone at the club and also to potential signings who see us bringing in a player of this class.

Hope Norths is right and it gets announced today, if Ric says it then i'm more likely to believe it than sky

8 month ban wasn't it? Obviously the authorities weren't impressed.

Just out of interest, can you name any other top professionals that have done the same? I can't think of anyone at the mo.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

I do. His (in)action in that drug test stood out so clearly that I never forgot it, even if he did. And as his memory failed him so cruelly, what else could be failing in his body now? Not worth the risk.
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

totally agree.....all those criticising this misdemeanour are obviously squeaky clean and without reproach themselves. Not!

Oh come on now.. this is a great signing for our club, he will fit in with the our mainly English squad perfectly.. The younger lads will probably even be a bit star struck.
Everyone has made mistakes - Ryan Giggs was the ultimate professional until a couple of years ago with what happened in his personal life. But I think in most peoples eyes he is still a great pro youngsters will look up to.. Same with Rio

I doubt many on here have dodged drug tests, and I don't know how many have been convicted of drink-driving. I haven't.

So all those medals and trophies his won count for nothing and he should be seen as a bad professional cos his made a couple of mistakes.

Why do you think Harry is saying Caulker would love to play with Rio? Because he knows that young english centre backs will look up to a player like Rio

It was general comment about peoples hypocrisy, not about specific misdemeanours.
