Tbf mate I don't think he is going to take that much of a pay cut.

Nice break Matty? Watch any world cup games in some lively places?
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Oh right, it's just you went missing for a couple of wks so I assumed you were abroad.

Are you getting a st? I guess missing 3 is about 1 game too many of bothering to get one?

Very fews of our fans seems to recognise and acknowledge the wages we're chopping off the wage bill. Mbia, probably Adel, Remy, Cesar, Granero, etc, etc, all the loan players going back, players not having contracts renewed and so on.

With FFP we need to be looking at how much we pay players and if we have a wage structure and then suddenly break it how do you think the currently players will feel about it , it will cause diversions like it did last time.

By the way didn't you used to post on here under a different name ?

I have been very impressed with him as a pundit. Completely the opposite to what I expected to be honest.

It's funny, watching the mood swings on this forum.

If WATRBs of 12 months ago could have looked into the future and seen this thread there would have been a mass collective facepalm.

But, as a new season approaches, we're all happy to go through this all over again. Big name players we've all heard of! He's a top pro! One or two seasons, what's the harm? We need PL experience! Trust the manager!

I don't think there's a question about Ferdinand's ability (or should that be quality?), it's more to do with his fitness.

I'm not convinced he'll get through at least half a season. We can't afford to muddle through with three ageing CBs. I'd rather the club look for a younger player who is likely to last the season.

Besides, the club should be looking around the world for a good partner for Ned. I just don't think Ferdinand is that partner.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

all clubs have players on different wages, so I don't see that as an issue.

the aggro last time was because some players were getting top money, NOT putting in a shift, had bad attitudes and were only at Rangers to collect their greens. (Boswinga, Park, etc, etc, etc)

                      different story this time round

Im not arsed on wages anymore let TF and PB pay the bills. If Rio is prepared to come and put the effort in id take him on a one'r.

Common, I don't think Bosingwa and Park just came here for the greens. Bosingwa would have just sat on the bench and never left. Park wouldn't have taken a paycut to come here or one when leaving for PSV etc etc. Although Bosingwa has bad record here and elsewhere, everyone who worked with Park says he is a top top pro. Who are we to say otherwise?
