we are selling him because he has a release clause. even if he did not, no point having an unhappy player disrupting the squad. fark him.

12 mil in the bank plus 65-70k per week saved. nice job.

Hope he chokes on it when we are doing well this season, don't want a player who doesn't want to be with us anyway

Do we know if a transfer fee has been agreed, the article just says that Arsenal have agreed personal terms with Remy?

Again spot on if he assume he is on £70k with two years left that's £3.6mil for one season £7.2mil over two years so overall if were talking pounds saved/made if sold for £10mil plus loan fee of up to £20mil

That will buy Rhodes and McCormack.

And they won't get silly wages either.

Don't get this 'experienced prem striker' stuff.Ricardo fuller and Kenwyn Jones are two off the top of my head who fit this description and they are utter dog turd.

Get players in who are scoring goals and full of confidence.

Would be a bit surprised if Jordan Rhodes was NOT on the list of prospective signings discussed by Harry and Tony!

Knowing HR, he will bring Darren Bent, Joe Cole and Kevin Doyle. Maybe Kane from Spurs on loan.

This is also a fear of mine.

Harry loves the old school tie network.

with that 10 mil, we could get rhodes and grabban with an extra outlay of 5 mil. plus there combined wages would still probably be less than remy.

Not so sure about Grabban, would prefer McCormack ahead of him.

We should be getting more than 10 million.

Next time we sign an un-proven Premiership striker hope we can raise the get-out clause transfer fee..£20 Million would have been more in line with what Wenger would have splashed elsewhere.

Strange how they can discuss personal terms with a player under contract with another club....must be a clause
