This. Granero was rubbish imo and henry wasnt spectacular (although to be fair not as bad as people are making out). A Faurlin/Parker CM partnership would be superb.

We managed to spend Ģ12m and not address the CB issue. At least we were able to return him.

Why do people get fixated over wages?? Not like you are paying them or the club is going to go under because of one players salary.

Yes I see the view on when the likes of Granero/Bosingwa etc get paid vast sums with there attitude and poor application but this is Scott Parker. He will give 100% each time he plays and is good enough for the Premiership. If we can get him playing for us in the Championship I don't care what he gets paid.
