Man Utd just won the prem title, owned by foreign businessmen who have no history with or love for Man Utd. Chelski is owned by a Russian and just won the Europa league after last season winning the champs league. Man City won the prem last season and owned by a family from Abu Dhabi. I don't understand your argument.

You dislike Fernandes which is your prerogative. Who do you suggest runs QPR then? A fan with a few quid? We've been down that road before with Chris Wright.

I'd like to see your evidence as to why you think the board is using us to build an entertainment complex, and who you think should replace the current board.

I dont think vesp dislikes TF at all, the complete opposite in fact. He is just clearly worried we will sell off whatever assets are in the clubs name and end up with others that dont belong to us.

There is no nice part of harlesden,mate.
It's on the boarders with park royal.
To be honest I'd be really surprised if we did move there,but its an option,although i think it will be old oak common.

Just to answer your question , and before i get jumped on ,i`m not saying this definately what they are doing, but woudnt they get the money back after
1, the sale of Loftus Rd
2, them owning the new ground and not QPR
3, All the worldwide advertising , for their companies, the new ground would bring ( especially in the Premier league)
4 all the retail outlets connected to the new ground
5 will the money made from hireing the ground for concerts/ exhibitions etc go to QPR or them ?

I only mention the fact they are foreign to highlight that they probably cant /dont understand what the club means to us ,and as foreign businessmen why would they care about making us homeless ,could be done as business decision . It wasnt brought up to be xenaphobic , but i understand it could be taken that way.

Yes i do have 150million ,but i love Loftus rd and would rather spend my 150 m on old scooters and a semi detatched in Croydon

Hardly any club makes money. Man Utd does and literally one or poss two others. Therefore the idea that there will be vast profits from one cinema, a few concerts and a couple of hamburger outlets that they will be siphoning off is wide of the mark. A handful of star players wages will probably take most of the stadium revenue in a typical week.
Also from memory Loftus Rd is already held in the name of a different company to the actual club. It will still be the same owners so not sure that its a massive change.
Re foreign owners fair enough you weren't making the point I thought you were. But football is now a global commodity (one of the few things Britain still sells successfully round the world). It might be sad but the days of Chairman Jim making a few quid out of launderettes and buying a football club are over. If we as fans want to be able to buy players like Remy or Townsend we have to get with the programme. Or be like Brentford. Its a very clear choice.

I thought they moved out of Harlesden 10 years ago, moved up north, I worked for a short while down Waxlow Rd., and the demolition was in progress then (2003)
