Great to see the players mixing it up. And great to see longer ball targeted passing too. No tippy tappy for the Frenchie.

I think it was Martin Rowlands.Originally posted by LordLoftus View PostWho was it on commentary today instead of Andy? Just heard them say they were an ex player but missed that up until now.
Him, Gallen and Lee Cook have an event in a pub in Chiswick according to the comms.

Thank God for that! Could of gone either way but I thought our subs slotted in well and we maintained our rhythm and shape but Charlton's subs seemed to disrupt them and they became desperate and one-dimensional. A good 16-man showing by us basically.
Still a bit of dangerous and unnecessary pissfarting about at the back at the re-starts but we did seem to move the ball quicker and get it up the pitch quicker too. Irrespective of the result it was easy on the eye to watch so hopefully the ponderously slow Martiball approach has well and truly been eradicated by JS.
Personally enjoyed seeing the smiling ebullient Saito replace the glowering miserable Dembele... Koki's positivity just makes things happen and what a goal too.
So, they DID react to last week's shambles (as they should of course) so fair play to JS and the squad. I bet Mr.Ambassador enjoyed watching it from home and his spirits were lifted too!

Yes. I'm paying £22 a month for a Now Sports pass Okay, that's not dirt cheap but a fiver a week when at least 25 of our games will be covered seems fair enough. This month we've had 3 live games.Originally posted by Sleeping Giants View Post
I'm watching on Sky. Wouldn't have a clue how to help you I'm afraid.
Obviously there's all the other football, golf, F1 and what have you so it seems fair value.
Pissfarting around with a hooky glitchy slightly delayed feed of questionable quality with a Serbian commentary that randomly freezes is too annoying. Yeah, great when it works but in my experience that's barely 20% of the time.

Agreed, I have Sky Sports, it's expensive but as we are on it more than ever it seems better value than it used to be. If I'm not at the game or we're not on Sky I do try a stream on the firestick but it's often a lottery regarding quality.Originally posted by Abseits View Post

Dark and abs thanks for taking the time out to explain, apologies for my comment. With regards to Mbengue Dave I'm not a big fan either. Worries me that cook looks so out of sorts. He looks a bit too keen/rash and lightweight, 2 traits that I don't like in my centre half.I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!
