Yet again MH has been backed to the hilt by the board,this is a massive signing and shows our intentions to staying in the prem. It would of been plausable if the board had spent £2m on a average player considering the amount of signings we already have,so well done the board and im sure there will be more coming in.

Yeah our board have been amazing, I can't remember a recruitment drive like these last 3 windows ever, especially regarding the profile of the signings.

In the Spurs forums they too are scratching their heads in respect of he was named captain at the weekend or before and now made available, some are speculating that he has fallen out with AVB, some wondering if his injury is worse than expected and they're selling quick while they can. Dunno what to think or even if they are right
