I see Ashley fletcher at HQ for Sunderland last season I thought he was dreadful !! Pacy but looked as though he weren’t too good

Im wondering if were being linked with these players with no intention of ever signing them just so when the window is shut they can undoubtedly say we had targets in mind but couldnt compete financially!
