Not necessarily, clearly there are multiple issues to get resolved here unlike a "normal" transfer. One of which could be persuading the player to come by making him feel wanted, if Ravel turns around to them and says "I made a mistake" it might help negotiations as who would want a player with his reputation who is pissed off with your club before he has even joined. Especially as, and I'm only gambling here, he isn't fluent in Italian and has about as much interest in learning it as Ian Rush.Originally posted by californiahoop View PostComment
