i think we have had enough 'rich owners' to know that if they can get away with something they will. Have to stay strong and protect the heritage of the club! that Hull owner is a wayne kerr.
WHat is he doing messing with the clubs heritage as if he has the rightComment

Whilst I agree with everything said about the meaning of QPR, and myself having been born and bred in the area, all these new money foreigners don't actually give a toss about tradition and loyalty. All their rhetoric and money that's pumped into the club is only a means to an end. No one buys a club (especially a foreigner) for the love of a club, tradition or community I can only hope that QPR will continue as a family club with roots which personally stretch back through the generations and I am happy to be called a dreamer.Comment

I notice Ray Wilkins never calls us QPR, its always Queens Park Rangers.'The problem with quotes on the internet is you don't know if they are authentic' - Abraham LincolnComment

Knew this thread was anti tony/harry/rangers propaganda from the second it was posted. Its worked as well. Brillaintly done bill, got people c unting off the club when no intention of changing the name has ever ever ever been mentioned, even after a massive away win. Good work.Comment

For a country that gave birth to the game and wrote the rules to it The organisation that runs it should be doing everything to protect the heritage of its members.
The English Football Association is not an institution of football, it is the institution of football above FIFA, UEFA or any other national football assiciation. Because at the end of the day in the beginning there was Englishman...Comment

Not asking to have it my own way, just don't see how upsetting the majority of your fanbase (customers) can be seen as a good business moveCompanies rebrand and reinvent themselves all the time and football clubs are companies these days.
Might not be right for most fans but it's the way it is.
And many of these new owners are bankrolling clubs that would be doing a Portsmouth or Rangers or similar.
Some here have short memories and whinge about Flavio changing the badge for example, but without him we may not even have a club now.
Fans want success and big signings etc.,but then moan if an owner wants to make changes. Can't have it all your own way.Comment
