Aren't we few QPR fans a modern day Sparta, we stand for decency, loyalty and integrity. We few aren't sheep that sell our soul for being in the in crowd or having a Torres blazened on our back.
Loftus Road may not sell quality organic burgers within 30 seconds of joining the queue or cold beer but it's our home where memories are past down generation by generation.
I occasionally run from and to work in my QPR training top and always get greeted by a U R'sss by a stranger. You see two blokes in Chelsea tops cross each other, not even an acknowledgement one of them may as well be wearing a Barca top.
It's this togetherness, the minority against the majority. we've all been teased at school by the hoardes of heathen Chelsea fans that what makes us who we are, wealth and success means nothing compared to be true to yourself and knowing where you have come from.
This is why i have bequeathed to my child that U are QPR.
That was a superb post ,pretty much sums up how many of us feel

QPR do seem to have an integral "class system"

That is why the club needs to get out there and get our new immigrant neighbours on board. This is an un tap market that could provide big financial benefits for the club in the future especially their children.

"When I went to school in the 70's and 80's only a handful "supported" liverpool (the then best team)
but they weren't taken seriously and only a few were Chel**** ...and everyone who actually went to actual games when we were that young were Rangers.
Northolt ,Greenford and Perivale back then there was loads of us who used to go home and away."

Spot on. there was one crystal palace fan around medway parade in perivale in the 70's cause his family had recently moved from south london and a couple of chelsea, pretty much all the rest of us were rangers, tube from greenford station or 105 bus up the western avenue
its New Era number 8 i tell thee, bring on the fireworks

Well judging by the fact a fair amount of people on here, people you speak to at matches ,in the pubs etc share this view ,I'd say its a safe bet to use the word ' many '.
How would you gage the feeling of the support then ? Tell us what the general feeling of the vast amount of Norwich based Rangers is ,
Come on what's the word on the street in Norfolk ?

Gone are the days where you could just turn up at QPR and pay at the door. Nower days its all tickets and a lotta these ticket systems just turns people off going.
Thats not just our club its all of em. Some just cannot afford a season ticket but some weeks they have some spare dosh and just cannot get in, fans cannot be @rsed now.

You're at it again; 'fair' amount of people?! Stop speaking for the 'many' and speak for the few, i.e. you. Oh, and what has where I live got to do with anything? Are you getting desperate my little flower?

If we go up to the PL for asap (hopefully by the end of this season) and remain in the PL, more young kids will be attached to QPR.

Agree to differ lads. We've won 5 out of 6. Do we need to go at each other all the time? Bottom line......it's not going to stop anyone following QPR is it?... I don't think whatever any of us say on here will change plans...

                              Peace man!
