    To quote him from today:

"Right....back on track.... Fee agreed with Spurs. Fulham also matched this yesterday and expecting West Ham to firm up initial interest. SP spoke with us yesterday and will speak to Fulham today. Decision by end of week."

"Fulham's interest in Parker is odd. They are also very interested in Granero and are very well staffed in Parker's positions. The thought has been floated that this is pay back for Zamora and Johnson, who both left against Jol's wishes."

So there you have it....... and I'd say that is a factamondo!

They're more than welcome to have Zamora back if it helps get Parker!!

              • Spurs accept QPR's Parker bid

Spurs have accepted a bid for Scott Parker from QPR, Harry Redknapp has confirmed.

                • didnt they report this 2 days ago.... means naff all as they could accept a bid from 80 clubs. One day Harry will just say nothing of note and maybe leave it as "we're working hard on transfers behind the scenes"

                  • This continual regurgitation of old news, is the most annoying feature of Sky Sports News.
It's one reason I hardly watch it now.

                      • What more can we do - identify a player the manager wants, make an offer to the Club in question and get it accepted, then talk to the player and make him an offer - he either accepts it or rejects it = joins or goes elsewhere. HR has this one sorted - good offer made to the player but up to him what he does. How can you dig the Club or the manager out for this? Confused.com

I think QPR fans just aren't used deals being kept hush. We've nothing else to report on, there's proberly loads of players but Parker is the only one that's obvious so the only one we talk about
                          Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                          And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

                          • Anyone notice how quickly Hull got their deals done for Huddlestone and Livermore the other day?

Makes me think that the people doing our negotiating are having a bit of a shcoker.
