A few bad apples. A lot more successful players that have come from Scotland than failures, especially in recent years. Hooper has scored goals for fun his whole career and he will be no different at his next club, hopefully us.

boyd is not the same player as hooper. boyd spent his career at rangers and came south late on. hooper has a better touch,has more pace,brings players into the game more and can steer over to either wing. both natural fox in box type players when needed but the comparision ends there. not to say hoopers ready for the bright lights yet.

I don't blame him. Apart from a probably attractive wage offer we're hardly a big move for anyone in their prime. Small sh!tty ground (we love it doesn't mean others do) under achieving, flawed transfer policy & low crowds.
