west ham (if true) is a no brainer for the boy. he's young, gifted and white so leave the kid alone.
joking aside he's got a huge decision to make and getting the chance to play in the top flight is something he has set his heart on. fair play to him what ever way it pans out.
a few digging him out but he's been playing in front of an adoring crowd for 3 years or so and maybe he just heard about us moany c@nts and thought better!!PRIDE OF LONDON.

Read so many stories the last few days about how Hooper is deciding whether to take a step down to the Championship!!!Originally posted by bushcelt1 View Postwest ham (if true) is a no brainer for the boy. he's young, gifted and white so leave the kid alone.

Gotta be better scoring a hatrick away at Leeds, than achieving the same at Dundee Utd!!!

I maybe wrong here, but wasn't Mark Hateley banging them in every week for Rangers before he signed ?Originally posted by Wrighty View PostPeople are forgetting players like Boyd who scored far more goals for Rangers than Hooper has for Celtic, signed for Boro and couldn't score for **** in the championship!

A few bad apples. A lot more successful players that have come from Scotland than failures, especially in recent years. Hooper has scored goals for fun his whole career and he will be no different at his next club, hopefully us.Originally posted by Wrighty View PostPeople are forgetting players like Boyd who scored far more goals for Rangers than Hooper has for Celtic, signed for Boro and couldn't score for **** in the championship!

boyd is not the same player as hooper. boyd spent his career at rangers and came south late on. hooper has a better touch, has more pace, brings players into the game more and can steer over to either wing. both natural fox in box type players when needed but the comparision ends there. not to say hoopers ready for the bright lights yet.Originally posted by Wrighty View PostPeople are forgetting players like Boyd who scored far more goals for Rangers than Hooper has for Celtic, signed for Boro and couldn't score for **** in the championship!PRIDE OF LONDON.

I don't blame him. Apart from a probably attractive wage offer we're hardly a big move for anyone in their prime. Small sh!tty ground (we love it doesn't mean others do) under achieving, flawed transfer policy & low crowds.Originally posted by Loneranger80 View Postam not sure this will happen now... Hope he's not reading this!!
