I am confused by all of the threads and rumours about Hooper signing.

Have I understood this correctly

The Club put in an offer which was refused. However it was a good enough offer to put other clubs off coming back in
The Club put in an improved offer of 5 million plus add ons which Celtic have accepted.
Hooper has been given a deadline of Sunday (until the team return from their Austrian tour) to make a decision on whether he wants to come or not.

So now we are just waiting for him to decide.

Also to add to the rumours, BBC N.IRE/Scot said Hooper was in London tonight finalising his move to QPR.

It seems as this is as good as down as been reported by Dazzer and Franky.

The personal terms all would have been verbally agreed before he heads down for his medical which I suspect will take place in the next 48 hours, if not doing it tonight.

I reckon tomorrow or Friday will be the day it's announced. If we get to Saturday without an announcement I'd be slightly worried.
