Have to lay the blame on the manager and coaching staff they have to get the team motivated there are too many games being lost due to what l see as a lack of commitment. I often don’t see a side that really wants it, yet l still feel we have the ability to achieve more. Again l say we need a strong captain

Less of that "in the pack" nonsense......others are discussing relegation and the manager not being suitable to the championship.

Sitting just outside the top 6 should be enough " motivation" for any player with ambition...we are leaderless on the pitch and the management is weak.
We seem to turn up when we want to , dunne , mbegs, burrell will always give 100% but to many slack , half hearted performers on the pitch the last few games

Lose against Wednesday on Sunday and we'll run into West Ham in the kind of form that would suggest a league 2 side would knock us out.

And there is the crux of the problem. Not one team in this league has any fear of playing us. Our problem is we don’t even go down fighting,we’ll actually we don’t even start fighting
