Another absolute load of crap. Players attitude and work rate is crap. This manager cannot motivate the team , they do it when they feel like it ie; Leicester. He is a wet fish , said it all along. We have players with ability , now we need a manager that can motivate them to play every week. I just can't believe people still go to watch this #### and pay their hard earned money. Norwich better team and wanted it more , complete opposite of us. Never want to see Dembele in a QPR shirt again unless he's a ballboy. From the first minute both teams were awful we couldn’t keep the ball and couldn’t pass it. Everyone of our players looked totally disinterested. Delete the promotion thread we are miles away. Why can’t the manager create some desire and guts into this side. What was his plan today??

Well we are certainly an enigma. We have no idea what to expect, week in, week out. I see no end to this unless we think outside the box. I think that between Julien and Christian, they do not have the combined wit and intuition to see what is happening. A difficult pill to swallow but they need some external advice preferably from someone who knows the Championship better than they do. We have a decent squad but no discernible achievable game plan. We also seem to lack awareness of our opposition and how they are likely to approach the game.
