Sorry Sheep i do'nt believe our players can get fired up , which is why we always blow it when we get a chance to get near the top.
Our lot seem to be just going through the motions at the moment, Ipswich could'nt even beat a poor Watford side tonight.
Southampton have got some decent players and if they put in the effort i think it could be another big defeat , hope i'm wrong. We need to change it up a bit. I would go 4/3/3

back four Dunne, embengue, Cook , Norrington Davies
midfield Morgan , Field , Madsen
Forwards Smyth , Kone and Saito
Subs to come on Burrell, Chair, Dembele, Varane, Hayden

Agree with that harrow we lack intensity all too often but it’s happened for a fair while now I’d play Burrell in front of Kone but I do feel like Kone is playing far too deep to allow Burrell to play further forwards

We do have loads of injury prone players though don’t we!!

Seriously? He's played a little over 100 minutes of league football since joining us, he'll be giving JCS a run for his money soon.

Problem is that we have had so many players out injured so far this season. However; I hope he will go for a more settled team from now on.

I get the protection point of keeping them fit but the point I was trying to get across was best 11 60 win a game then squad for 30 mins same for even city haaland injured they knackered but he’s out for 70 mins or until it’s game over and they play a darn site more than we do

I’d like to think at 25-30 years old I’d manage 3 in a week maybe not now at 56 !

Last few years we’ve been on a good run swap it about and all of a sudden we’re win 5 lose 6 patches all too often

As I said above most successful sides Liverpool 80s Utd gooners invincibles are stable regular starters they win the game in 60 mins they switch it up with squad we looked better with less options than 23 fit

need a win but don’t think we will get one draw 1-1

Loan them both out to gain experience if we have to, but these young lads aren't going to develop as players sitting on their ar&es. Free up their wages and bring in more experienced plsyets on loan if we have to.
