Why not play Dunne as defensive midfield and Morgan at RB? Dunne has played DM before and might prove to be more robust?

All I would say against that mate is when we play players in make shift situations it goes pear shaped. Let’s just play them in their natural/preferred positions

We've been garbage playing 2 wingers and 2 forwards recently - we get overrun in midfield. I'd leave Poku out in favour of 3 in midfield. We'd still have Saito, Kone and Burrell up front and Burrell could pull slightly right-ish to give us a bit of width. I feel him and Kone are too close together in past two games and confusing each other.

You'd hope three in midfield would make us a bit stiffer and less easy to get through. You could argue the toss about who the three midfielders would be but I'd start with Madsen, Chair and Vale. Chair with strict instructions to be a "No.10" and NOT drift wide. Vale doing the holding role and Madsen glueing it together.

I think our best CB pairing is Morrison and Dunne so I'd shift Jimmy inside and give Smyth a go at RB. Obviously RND at LB.

No reason the players I've left out don't get a run-out at some point whether as subs to rescue the game or shore us up to see out a win.

Irrespective of the personnel I really want to see a 4-3-3ish look to us as opposed to the disastrous 4-2-4ish of past two games.

Varane for Hayden , I know he's been off the boil but he's a better player.
Saito starting is a must as he drives forward and wants to make things happen.
