I think again the midfield of Madsen and Varane is to soft. We see m to change the team to accommodate Chair, however he is not the player he was. JS needs to toughen the midfield, stick with Kone and Burrel, go 4-3-3 with a harder midfield, play one of the wingers and drop chair.

Yeah.... I mentioned the Madsen & Varane pairing before KO. FFS there must be some young modern day Robbie Savage in L1...???

Start with Morgan in defensive mid and take up one of those offers for Verane in Spain.

We could pump that ball in to the box from crosses all night and not get on the end of one, I don't know the exact numbers but we must have put over 30 crosses in tonight with nothing to show for it. There's something fundamentally wrong if you cannot threaten from crosses or corners.

Probably..........you know me and my rose tinted glasses as far as the Rs are concerned. I get too excited, but never get down in the dumps when the tide turns against us. I saw more effort tonight than the other recent defeats. At least we tried......

At least we tried hard at the end but we are a blunt instrument when you need a surgical knife. We are a very strange side. Some seemingly decent players, who don't play - (Burrell excused). Some of them seem to move awkwardly and hesitantly rather than like athletes. If I was in charge, I must admit that I would have no idea what to do next!

Disappointing but that wonder strike was a killer for 0-2 and he was given too much space. Great flash across the goal and but for a toe we were nearly 2-2

Burrell was immense again and generally we pressed well and gave it our all.

We deserved something from that.

Deja vu for too many seasons now,makes for very dismal watching. A team that is nowhere and looks like that is exactly where it’s going . Seems we are posting the same every season. You can play whoever you want wherever you want in what formation and it’s the same story. Not every game ,just the majority which is not acceptable
