Fed up with all the negativity . This is the championship and almost everyone can beat anyone. Games are usually close and once lucky break often wins the game. We didn’t have any of late. Yes things can be improved but we’re not a bad team in a very hard league.

Nardi gives me a heart attack every time he messes about with it , our playing out is slow and ponderous....
Long balls we ain't ever going to out jump them with our midgets upfront..
Corners and set pieces were dire , they won every header.
I'll say it now this manager doesn't seem to have a clue .

Agree with this Bus but nothing will change because of our board , they put signals out that all they want to do is develop players and make a profit.
We desperately need someone to buy this club and get rid of Hoos , Nourry and all there little yes men, they are sending out bad signals and it leads to poor performances.
As for the manager he reckons that was our best performance of the season , just shows he's clueless . We never looked like scoring until after they went 2 up , even then it was because Southampton sat back and became nervous because of their poor record and most were just aimless balls into the box which their centre halves won most headers. We have weak players all over the pitch bar maybe Kone , we lack desire , players barely bust a gut until its too late and we are already behind. We don't seem to have any set pattern of play. Expect more of the same each season until we get rid of Hoos Nourry etc.

The only hard player we have is Field. Yet, he hardly starts. Maybe it was a mistake getting rid of Colback. There's one player that plays with aggression and can fire the other players on. Ok, age was against him, however, we do need that kind of player.

Agreed DJ, Jimmy is good on his day but not, I think, captain material. If he has any effect on what is going on in play, then it is far from clear. BUT, as you say, we don't have any obvious leaders. So much that is wrong, could start to come together if we did. For instance, all those hopeless crosses last night. It was like driving the Titanic into the iceberg. Where was the onfield brain saying let's try something different? I would give Hayden a try as captain and see how it goes. Can't be any worse!

Agree we can talk about this that and them but it makes not one iota of a difference. Where do you start to put it right??? For me get some aggressive leadership on the pitch and on the bench.Because we have a decent squad at the moment we need someone to make them play and someone they respect. We have neither and haven’t had for a long time. All good sides have at least one of the above!!

My view once again is , we have some decent players but the mentality is all wrong and i mean the mentality of the club. You've got our CEO saying we want to be a club that develops players and sell them for a profit. Saying this sends out a message to the players , we do'nt care about results , just want to make a profit. Also sending a whole team of kids out for a cup game tells the players we don't care about winning we just want to give the kids a bit of experience , when in reality , losing to a crap Plymouth side gives them a bad experience. How about the club putting out messages saying we want to take this club back to the Premier league and have some good cup runs and that we only want players who will bust a gut and give 100 percent effort. This club is a complete #### show , this is why our players do'nt give a #### and just knock it around, go 2-0 down then start playing and putting some effort in.
So glad i do'nt go anymore and pay money to watch this club , i admire the people that still go but you must be mad , the standard of football in the championship is so poor compared to the 70's and 80's.

Spot on harrow, I don’t have st anymore but go to selected games have st up when they decided the 12.30 ops weee the way forward instead of realizing fans travel 100s of miles to games

We are disjointed across the whole pitch. Our transition from defence to midfield to attack is ponderous, one-dimensional, predictable and worst of all, easy to play against.

We are shite in the the final 3rd cos opposition simply trundle back, shuffle into two-banks-of-four and repell our poxy lofted balls into a packed area.

I have completely lost all faith in this manager and Nourry's ability to identify managers who understand EFL football. I think this is the best squad we've had for about 4 seasons and it's criminal the manager is making a pig's ear out of the season.

Agree about the manager , he's a complete wet wipe , we need someone to put a rocket up these players and get the minimum of 100 percent effort , anything less they get dropped .
Oh and please give Varane away in January i can't watch him keep passing straight back to our centre halves every time he gets the ball. The one time he decides to pass forwards in the 75th minute we score .
