First piece of damning evidence that you may not be able to combine running a football club in this league with a strict set of self-declared rules that define a "project." I had a feeling this was coming and I guess now is as good a time as any. What I'm not is surprised.
There’s a fair few who fked off early credit to Coventry movement ability to move the ball and control it as well something Rs fans can only dream off they receive a ball options with runners off them
clearly Walsh ain’t got it lad can’t kick
Kolli dembele Burrell field passengers
morgan get him in midfield ffs at least he’s mobile had poor game but so did other 10
even when Marti had a bad run fans behind them this bloke not got the minerals for this league id bin him now but who would take over no idea
Everyone still think it’s a progressive idea to have a 12 year old running the show? Let’s face it we always have a crap start in August, always waiting for the barrel scraping in the transfer market next week
Since these owners have come into the club , we are the most embarrassing club in the league. Yes i knoe they have put a lot of money in but all wasted.
Firstly wasted on players at the ends of their carreer that just want a payday. No effort put in to earn their money and that continues even today.
We employed a director of football that did'nt have any experience of the job and had a hidden agenda of employing BAME people.
Then we appoint a 26 year old kid that wants us to play like Barcelona without the players, he also wants to develop players rather than win games .
Well the best way to develop players and sell for a profit is to win games , including good cup runs , then players will gain confidence and improve.
Our scouting network is shocking and we sign cheap , poor and injury prone players , yes we have signed the odd good one but very rare.
Our fitness coaches and this Ben the ghost Williams geezer is a joke. We have by far the most unfit team in the league and have done for years. At the moment we look like we've just started pre season, there is no excuse for this other than poor fitness coaches and all should be sacked immediately.
For me the biggest dissappointment is the attitude of the club towards the cup game at Plymouth and i am sure this has had a detrimental effect on the first team players and their attitude. The club have basically let it be known that they do not care about winning football matches and just want to develop players , well good luck with that.
The manager should have resigned as soon as Nourry or whoever told him to put out a team of kids or stood up to him and said no we need to get fit.
Stephan, if your teeth are not firmly embedded in the backsides of that so called QPR team that "performed" today, you need to take a look at your long term career objectives.
Board: Either reimburse those away supporters (I'll even forego the Plymouth debacle) or let QPR fans in for free or a reduced price for all home matches until you are serious about this club and results reflect this.
Fifteen games with only a single win last season. THIS IS NOT LAST SEASON.

That's a key point in the whole project apparatus. Any criticism of JS must be tempered by the realisation that he's not a manager; in all reality he's a middle manager and he knows and accepts it. The problems are deep and structural.

Exactly the club hierachy are responsible . What the club done at Plymouth was a disgrace. Even at half time and we were 2 goals up thanks to Burrells pace , chasing and harrassing their players, what did we do , took him off then when they went 3-2 up we brought on 2 sixteen year olds as if to say job done , we've lost. So now our whole squad know that we have no ambition to win football matches so then you get Watford and Coventry away performances.
The central idea - ideology even - is a sound one; buy young players, bring in a manager with a history focused on development and sell some of those players at a profit to address the financial issues at the club. You can't be myopic to that plan, however, because there are 46 games of football that need to be contested and all of those matches will have opposition focused entirely upon winning that match and will use the weaknesses in your plan against you however they can - like putting your better goalkeeper on the bench because the younger one is more saleable in the future. Of course, he's not going to generate much resale if he's clearly not up to the level but, yeah, let's stubbornly follow the grand plan anyway. The old military maxim holds true here - no plan survives initial contact with the enemy. You've got to have more than one plan. You've got to be able to adjust. You have to be flexible. But......only if you want to compete in matches at this level as well as developing the right players. At the moment it looks like it's one and not the other because you don't really have much skin in the game when it comes to "the club" side of things.
Someone mentioned this last year and it feels more true now than then - we seem to have a 28 year old playing a real life game of Football Manager that his parents bought him for Christmas because he was a bright boy. His parents have encouraged a few other people to come round and pay lip service to the bright boy.
I wanted to be wrong about that last season. I want to be wrong about it now.
The daft thing is even as pi$$ poor as we were last season at home fans still turned up to near capacity
somehow best part of 2000 turned up today myself included to be f ked off before ht
admit I said 4-0 loss but it was the total capitulation and tools down that really naffed me off and came home we offered nothing
if frenchie couldn’t work out Coventry went let them have it they’ll fk up and press then he’s no manager every time we lost the ball they looked like or did score
too many lightweights in this squad dembele spent more time on his #### than upright got the only gk who can’t kick a ball something ain’t right with field he’s been dire since friendly games kolli needs a yr in L1 or 2 so does esquardinha signing vale waste of time even 5-0 sat on his backside kone never see him as gone by then but scores positive to take but honestly we look so leggy unfit not mobile devoid of ideas wtf do they do in the week
splashing cash on saito not the answer need a proper leader some mobility in cm a lb a rb cooks legs gone
I maybe being harsh on js but he looks well out of his depth we look that crap Rooney would be a step up on this bloke
