Marshall was at fault for the goal, no debate there, but he made several top class saves as well, I don't think Seny was hurt badly, but probably enough to not carry on, I don't think it's a long term thing, if it is Marshall will do for me if he has to play, it was never a free kick in the first place, but he should of got something on it to stop it , he flapped at it a bit and paid the price, but he is a very good keeper

I agree that yes, Marshall should have saved it and also that was not a foul from McCallum (he played the ball).

marshall has to save that, one mistake done for us, blackburn were not good, we were holding them rarely got forward , a soft free kick led to their goal , dead centre, good height, you expect that to get tipped over the bar. blackburn were physical, got away with a few and nicked it.

I f ucking despair with this team, that was a diabolical display, after such a good performance on Wednesday, it's like watching two totally different teams, god give me strength!!!

Can Only Blame the Breadman, he sent them out to play this way, cant believe that we played without a striker again, Willock now had his 2 most ineffective games playing up top. he's so much more effective playing his normal role picking up the ball coming from deep committing players and finding space, it's a total waste Marshall totally at fault for the goal commits himself to come off his line too far and flaps at the ball

If that is true, so much for all the flak Johansen keeps getting for 'giving the ball away'. He may be guilty of many backward and sideward passes though, but not losing it.

It is in our hands but when you consider how well Sheff Utd play at home and then note that 8 of their remsining 13 are at home, it does not bode well.

We were 6pts clear of 7th placed team with a game in hand at end of Jan. Today we're 3pts clear having played a game more. So, a potential 9pt cushion reduced to us being potentially outside the playoffs after this weekend's round of fixtures. Yeah, still in our hands but it feels like we're clinging onto sand swiftly falling between our fingers.
