Agree that standards are low on this forum, but what can you expect? Its profile attracts kids whose opinions are unformed and unconsiderered. Also, it's close season and football forums are always a bit fractious at these times. I still remember the fur flying in the discussions following Beckham being sent off against Argentina in the 1998 World Cup.

1. People get really anal about pointing out other people's mistakes or lack of QPR knowledge......And the "I'm a better fan than you because I live near the ground and can attend more matches" etc..
2. The whole "merged thread" thing but I've done that before so I'll let it go for now.
3. A lot of people accusing JT of racism (he is raciust) yet there's a lot of racism on here tonight regarding Team GB, English, Scottish, Welsh, Irish etc.

I don't know any of you personally but I love QPR and you all love QPR.....I enjoy this forum and I don't want to annoy anyone who loves the club which I love...This is just me typing what I'm thinking I suppose. We can all be very petty sometimes, myself included......This is a bloody awesome time to be a QPR fan so I for one don't want to be sniping at other QPR fans over player issues, nationality issues, forum protocals...whatever......My Strongbow induced rant is over!....Love you all!

It's a message board - we have different opinions and will no doubt argue sometimes, but on your points I partlially agree:

1. There are definately people that think they are better fans for a number of reasons.....and it isn't just about how many games they go to, but whether they would boo a player, whether they wear colours, how they don't like the international football because they are pure QPR, when they first went to a game, how they got into scraps in the 80's etc. I don't get worked up by it though.

2. You have to merge threads or baords become silly. I asked for the Terry threads to all be merged a while ago as it meant other stories were dropping of the front page because there were 7 threads on same subject saying the same things and people making the dame totally incorect or ill informed comments.

3. There is massive hypocracy on here about John Terry and it is because it is him, it is Chelsea and it is QPR. And yes there has been racism on this board and at the ground that gets laughed away as banter because it isn't Chelsea and Terry.

basically the qpr dot org was where me q block pete and isleworth met


it was during that time that q block pete pm ed me a message saying he was going to start up his own message board

the reason why pete wanted his own message board was because everybody on the dot org were incredibley intellegeant but there wasnt much conjecture on the site

there was one brilliant poster called alibabes but she dosnt seem to post on any site

so as soon as pete got this site up and running we were on our way nto formulating our own site

the introduction oof factomondo has compensated for the loss of the brilliant ali babes

I had some experience of the greatest mod on planet earth which is of course kerill from big ades sight

so this site now has the same basic ingreidiants that it had when it started

except we have superstars like van hoop ,bushcelt,alex fergusion,ginger ninja,etc etc etc

so we have about 100 superstar posters

and we are the most fastest growing of all the message boards

we have an enormous amount of hate and envy put on us from the other message boards
i think only the lfw really shows it love for us,that because many of its posters are from northolt
so we are ,what we are
