Hi all, apologies if this is the wrong thread but I saw pre-season and thought this was the place. I saw our Isak score a pretty decent goal this evening. One of my good friends was the physio at Cray Valley 2 years ago and our under23s played against them. I asked who stood out and he said there was one boy who absolutely ran the show and was way above the level, and someone who he thought was top tier. That player was indeed our Isak.

From his comments and what I’ve seen personally would put him in front of Morgan, and someone who has to get minutes in the first team. Scored a champions league goal against Chelsea mind.

Feel we may just have a player on our hands, time will tell. We’ll probably get promoted this year. You R’s.

Compared to yesterday win it was a sort of anti-climax. Ok, we won 2-3, however there were some lapses which are worrying. But its only pre-season and amazingly we won 5 and drawn just the one. Some good youngsters in the side which augur well for the future. COYR's.

Terrible attempted catch from the cross by Ward today. He's only a shot stopper you know and doesn't command his box!

Pre-season is always such a strange mix of optimism and frustration because you never quite know how much weight to put on these results. Some players always look brilliant against lower-tier opposition and then struggle when the actual league campaign starts, but it’s still nice to finally see the lads back on the pitch and getting some minutes under their belts.
