Birmingham were in the news the other week when their IR pitch lights reflected off low murky clouds one night and gave the sky an eerie red tinge. Don't think these things are just the preserve of new stadia.
They come on wheeled arrays, just wheel them on and switch them on. Trouble is with LR we have no space to store much equipment I suppose so where would they live?
