The bottom three are averaging a point a game. That suggests 50 is still looking pretty safe, and 55 a lock. Win 2, tie 2, lose 6 and we will see another season in the Championship.

Then again, win 8 or 9 of 10 and can you say playoffs))

I was actually just about to start a tread asking the same thing,53 possibly but I feel 52 points would be enough.
certainly at the moment the teams in the lower half of the table are in better form than teams in top half.
We could have 2 or even 3 teams reaching 50 points and still going down .

Will be 52 points that goes down in 3rd from bottom. So 53 to stay up for sure. I reckon it will be Luton, Barnsley and Hull who go !
