You worry too much. I keep hearing Ollie knows what he is doing and has a plan. I am much relieved at that. Such a shame we aren't in the Champions League this year.

I'm giving him the season to make progress on last season. I've always maintained that. :-)

- Don't mind Washington but he needs to play alongside someone other than Mackie and certainly should not play up front on his own.
- Mackie shouldn't be anywhere near the starting XI.
- Smith should probably play alongside Washington to get the best out of both of them. Not sure he can play alongside Sylla.
- Sylla needs a run of games and should probably be first choice striker based on goals/games ratio. Best option we have to play the lone striker role.

For me Washington & Mackie are turd. Smith useful but not the answer. Really need to address this issue.

Personally I see it as:

- Don't mind Washington but he needs to play alongside someone other than Mackie and certainly should not play up front on his own.
- Mackie shouldn't be anywhere near the starting XI.
- Smith should probably play alongside Washington to get the best out of both of them. Not sure he can play alongside Sylla.
- Sylla needs a run of games and should probably be first choice striker based on goals/games ratio. Best option we have to play the lone striker role.

In short, we need at least one proven striker at this level in January. Priority signing IMO.

millwall is a prime example of that were we had 31 shots during the game but only put away 2 of those. i'm in favour of sylla starting every game as he offers our best chance of getting goals, our attack is very good it just doesn't score grrr

Holloway needs to get his formation and tactics right to get the best out of Sylla Smith Wheeler Washington & Mackie. He needs to get Wyzsolek and Freeman or Lua Lua putting crosses into the penalty area on a frequent basis.

I see many feel Holloway will turn things around and we will start winning games again very soon like we did start of the season ,nothing wrong with optimism, probably the right way to think. If we beat struggling Sunderland (an unexpected team for our mini league),then we will end our winless run,do I think we will,NO,unfortunately not
