also just want to add that pubis oversaw the grade 1 implementation of stokes acadamy so has plenty of experience with employing state of the art techniques im modern football.

If there is any truth in us building a new training ground in the near future, pubis would be the perfect person to implement the modern training facilities.

jimmydrossball was always about keeper throwing it out to rb, rb rolls it to cm, cm rolls in to other cm, cm passes to leftback, leftback back to keeper and so on and so on.

i can live with pubis shouting at smithes.........."just farking lump it up top if it gets us a few more wins.

i would take Gerry Francis to improve the tactical side of the game and our coaching but probably would not come to little old QPR

Offers stability - think he genuinely loves the club and nobody else is going to employ him are they?

Tactical ability and team set up - weird selections, no plan b. Cannot seem to change games and gets regularly outfoxed by other managers. Would say not Championship standard. Almost dangerously poor last season and not had a decent season with any club for years.

Unless we are bottom 3 and looking like we will drop, I can't see the club even contemplating a replacement.
