Really wish people would stop going on about NW. He isn't our manager, and didn't want the job. Said so himself. We have to stick with JFH, give him at least 2 transfer windows. Ridiculous to suggest sacking him after 6 farking games. Ludicrous.

He wanted the job ginger. He done the club a favour by saying he wasn't interested after les had made his mind up. Was and is a power struggle behind the scenes.

The want warnock back is also understandable with the poor appointment we have made.

There is no difference between this bloke and ramsey so surely you can understand the frustrations of some of the fans & including myself.

Personally I think jfh should never of got the job and if we couldn't of found better than warnock he should of stayed at least until the end of the season. This appointment was lf and was completely selfish and not made with the best interest of the club.

Talk of sacking jfh is premature and after 6 games will just look to make us even more of a joke.

At present it looks like he's got the same qualities as ramsey, same awful tactical decisions and delusions of how the game went. It's pretty daunting if you ask me and will end with him getting the boot but just not yet.

Warnock changed the team and maybe it wasn't Barcelona football but the players looked up for it under him and defensively we were solid. He made a differenceate and now we ha e gone backwards under this bloke. That's why warnock gets brought up!

Highlights don't work but scroll down to Warnock interview.

Big mistake not offering him the job full time I'm sure he would
got us into the play offs.

Lets be honest we were not great in the Reading game but Warnock
found a way to win and left us 2 points from the top six.

Completely agree. Warnock being an experienced old head with vast knowledge new how to galvanise the team and get them playing.

Lets not forget he done it in a short period of time too and just think what he could of done if had still been in charge now.

I guarantee you we'd have a lot more points on the board if NW had stayed on. And all this nonsense about him not wanting the job was a big smoke-screen. You only had to look at his post-match interviews to see he'd have loved to carry on. There was a lot more going on behind the official spiel and spin that fans weren't aware of.

Didn't see the match and from the sound of it I'm glad I didn't..

I'll have to give JFH more time but to be fair the setup he has inherited, the players and the culture or philosophy at the club are doomed at the moment, I'm just hoping we don't get relegated. At present we're expecting him to make chicken salad out of chicken ####. The coaching setup needs a total overhaul and Les and his entourage need to go before anyone else does imo.

Would like Warnock back in some capacity too, I was skeptical before but it can't hurt, worth it for the stability short term - we are on a very slippery slope.

That puts to bed the argument he didn't want to stay at QPR !
if Les can find a job for the Muppet he could find a job Warnock ! yeah but saying that he can control the Muppet

I don't think Jimmy Floyd was the wrong appointment just the wrong time Ferdinand should have left well alone kept Warnock in control for the season and then brought JFH in so he could have a trnfer window and a close season

Yeah can't disagree with that mate, should of got JFH signed up to start in the summer with a clean slate and let warnock have the rest of the season as his swansong. Right manager wrong time. We are not going up nor down so really didn't matter or would affect anything if he joined at season end.

Warnock got more points yes but looking back at the games the football was absolutely dreadful. The 0-0 against Preston was one of the worst games of football we've seen for a while. Reading we won because the keeper threw the ball in the net, the same reason we lost yesterday.

JFH hasn't had a great start but he has had our first choice RB and striker injured, some bad luck whilst also having to play 4 of the top 6. He's made some strange choices yes but let's not pretend like he's a competely clueless fool.

Both losses down to the players switching off at 90 minutes, can't blame any manager for that. Well people on here can, but you know what I mean

Sorry if you listen to the interview and read between the lines he more or less makes it obvious he would
                              take the job.

I like the bit where he gives JFH a big up then rightly warns us that the Champ is a different animal and
is a step up a lot can't hack.

Nedum Onuoha hit the late winner as QPR recorded a 1-0 win at the Madejski Stadium against Reading in the Championship.

Yep! If we could actually keep focus for the full 90 rather than switching off after 80 then we'd have at least 8 more points under JFH. 3 each against Huddersfield and Bristol and 1 each against Ipswich and hull. but that's not unique to JFH, being doing that for years!
