Can't believe some of you. One of the best up and coming managers in the football league. Gary Rowett left Burton and went into a club that's more unstable than ours and got them in the play offs as we speak. Why can't Jimmy succeed here? IF it is him he needs our 100% support.

With you Fordy on this just the sort of manager we should be looking for. Young, hungry and with a pedigree I will be happy if it's JFH but nervous for him, knowing he will get little time from some fans.

Yes it is fickle as so many fans are prone to knee jerk decisions then criticise board for the same thing. No more then 5 months ago everyone demanded young manager now the demand from same people is experienced manager that is fickle mate

As for interviews your right 100% should have this process but again those that complained about no interview process for Ramsey are now moaning getting next manager is taking to long probably because their interviewing and hopefully doing due diligence!!! Moaners can't have it all ways and change their minds like the weather

If Pearson was selected without an interview those demanding interview would not care a jot if it was the manager they wanted. Rangers fan base is fickle, spoilt and impatient always has been always will be

Why do we want a young manager? I just want someone who has enough experience to manage a championship and recently relegated team. At least JFH has some experience but if he hadn't had a decent playing career would we look at him? Don't get me wrong he will have my full support but I see it as a bit if a risk. Rather we gave to a championship proven manager.
