I just feel we need to find our version of Eddie Howe, not Redknapp mk2 .

Clint Hill, after all it was his idea and not Harrys about who to sub after the sending off in the play off final.
My old man was the star player for HMP Parkhurst during their successful and unbeaten 77/78 season.

I'd agree on the Eddie Howe comment but it just worries me that Ramsey hasn't got the players respect as a manager.

Allardyce would not stand for lack of effort and the players would definitely know that.

And Huntley more likely than Dowie.

For me Ainsworth and Holloway or some one with a spark of adventure and confidence

Holloway is the nicest bloke in the world, but hes managerial days have taken a right nose dive. Getting him back would be for sentimental reasons only imo.

Bob Bradley fits that bill. but the board has to act swiftly; he is in talks with Molde FK here in Norway.
