It's almost like a masochistic revelry in being permanently pessimistic over virtually everything QPR related. Just looking at some of the early posts in the Tyler Blackwood thread for a few recent examples.Comment

Was pulling your leg mate. Tbf i remember the playoff prediction and you were certainly in the minority. I think top half, maybe sneaking playoffs is achievable next season but only if we replace any of the key outgoings but in fairness anything could happen and I wouldnt be massively surprised, even ramsey being sacked by xmas.Im no expert but i dont judge us with blue and white blinkers, and im right more than im wrong about us (getting to and winning the play offs the last time we were in the champs, i could pull up the polls i made as proof but im not that petty), and this season we will do well and be play offs at the least imho, and will hold my hands up if im wrong.Comment

Definitely in the glass half full camp, don't think it's time to be backslapping yet as the good work/rebuild is just starting and still has a long way to go, but can't help but be impressed with what has happened from top to bottom within the club. Anyone who can't see the good strides made by the club has an agenda...IMO

Look, my views are this, I love our club, I think the chairman is a bumbling idiot, Ramsey was hired as a yes man, I don't agree with signing German 4th div players, I don't believe our playing style will change that much from redcrapp.
Am happy philmybeard is gone, the stadium is all pie in the sky, hoopless shirts for the second year running is a joke.
But putting all this to one side, when I'm at Loftus Rd I will still cheer my team on.
But as hal9 said, we can still support our team even if we don't like the owners or the way the club is run.
If it's a balanced view or not tough shyte.nsa/cia spy on this..............┌∩┐(◣_◢)┌∩┐Comment

Co-Chairman, who's now taken a back seat you mean?
A yes-man to who? And on what evidence?
What do you mean "4th div players"? FSV Mainz 05 have been in the Bundesliga top tier for the last 6 years.
Again, based on what evidence?
Glad to hear it mate

Does seem a slightly bizarre thread, come May we were humiliatingly relegated without so much of a grunt, probably one of the worst teams in premiership history, our ticket prices last season were high but we saw dross, we have accumulated £200m debt without any tangible benefit, our once noble reputation is in tatters - we are now generally considered a spoilt annoying club that's not very good, no new stadium in sight, completely fallen out with a once loyal and local sponsor (car giant) from all accounts because we tried to muscle in on their territory without the decency of consulting them first, last news about our training ground which I believe was suppose to be in place by now is it may turn into a landfill site, possible fines and sanctions for breaching various rules etc,
But it's all ok because the under 21s have gone to Italy and the owners haven't walked away

I'm going to take a back step from the #####ing about my views about Ramsey and our future directions.
However, as has been said many times previously, rewarding failure, and praising the club for finally running itself correctly is just silly.
I have seen nothing so far that changes that view, but look forward to maybe seeing something positive.Comment

That last line made me laugh. Although I'd add that they have signed some young hungry players from league one and of course re-signed that all time great, Mackie.Does seem a slightly bizarre thread, come May we were humiliatingly relegated without so much of a grunt, probably one of the worst teams in premiership history, our ticket prices last season were high but we saw dross, we have accumulated £200m debt without any tangible benefit, our once noble reputation is in tatters - we are now generally considered a spoilt annoying club that's not very good, no new stadium in sight, completely fallen out with a once loyal and local sponsor (car giant) from all accounts because we tried to muscle in on their territory without the decency of consulting them first, last news about our training ground which I believe was suppose to be in place by now is it may turn into a landfill site, possible fines and sanctions for breaching various rules etc,
