With our new policy of scouting the lower leagues it should certainly be possible. Spending big certainly hasn't worked out for us. Think Gorkks cost 250k and Connolly around 500k in our promotion year.

Caulker could do with a yr in the championship imo. He was/is a good defender but has lost his way in the prem. Every mistake costs in that division.
I'm sure spend a year with us he could regain that confidence, Or maybe he's over confident, and a year with us in the champs will help him refocus
