That's actually a good point. We rarely played him in his best position as striker. So played in that position (and not on the wing) he could be a useful squad player.
If you want a grafter who will help in a relegation battle then this a good signing. If you're hoping for a promotion run then not so much. Mackie will not propel QPR to promotion. See him a squad player with the right attitude that will rub off on others after many years of big contract negativity at the club.

Glad somebody else saw that but me, remember M'Bia getting the abuse for the #### tackle, but nobody saw Mackie give the ball away unnecessarily.
Need experienced players who have been there and done it in the championship, happy with this , i dont care what you moaners say i am well happy with this.
