    Matty Phillips

Way out of his depth at this level IMO. Poor performance all round from the team, but Phillips showed nothing at all, and if he scores the open goal it maybe wouldn't have been a tonking.

Yeh, I like Philips but he needs to add consistency to his game. Today he absolutely stank :(

Hasn't impressed once since joining in all honesty. No better than what SWP would offer.

I thought he was getting thrown out the club on his arris after the burton cup game and then harry out starts him at o.t?????

Hill, hoilett and phillips are nowhere near not good enough for the prem imho. Excellent championship players though, but the difference in that division and this is gigantic.

Far more potential than Hoilett for me , was out for a while remember. Hasn't stepped up yet but writing him off so early is daft.

When did this mehmehmehmeh thing start? Seen it at least ten different times today. Who invented it and whats it all about? Is it another r's tradition like shouting 'come-on my team' that everyone else does but ive missed out on?

For me he is the archetypal English winger; pacey but technically and tactically limited.

He's young and could improve if he had some half decent coaching, but I doubt think that'll happen under Arry's tutorship. Hope I'm wrong though.
