We all knew Arry was gonna try and force him out though, let's not kid ourselves.
Why say Adel hasn't trained if he has?
And even if he hadn't, why would you allow a player to skip training?
Why publicly admit you want to sell him? Like that's helping anyone except Milan/his agent/the media.

Very right if true that he has not been training then the manager/club is partly responsible for allowing him to get away with this. Any of us fail to attend work or do what is required of us when at work we get a new one torn so if he dont turn up and we as a club dont challenge him on it were partly to blame
My issues with Adel has nothing what so ever to do with his 'performances' in the premiership. It's mainly down to his attitude, something most seem happy to forget about. A bit like the theory that you point out.... "it seems we are asked to forget his past positives, but remember his past negatives"...... His 'past' positives are well and truly in the 'past' as for his past negatives are well and truly still happening!!!... you seen the video of him in the pool in pre season?? You can't miss him his the tubby one!... really 'professional'!!!..
..... he new full well out of every single player at pre season he was going to be the one who had the most to prove. This was his chance to really show everyone what he can do, wipe the slate clean and get into shape and fight for his place in that team..... Instead he comes in with bigger t1ts than Pamela Anderson..............no thank you!! Only himself to blame!!!!
This!
The guy is never going to cut in under Harry cos of his attitude. All this talk about forgetting the positive sides of Adel is misplaced as well. Had I have known then what I know now I would never have called for him to be given the number 10 shirt or to be given a new contract. Anyone who doesn't know what I'm on about needs to read Warnocks book!
No, not that, because it was a partial post and not factual..... Fact: it is the job of the manager and staff (from physio to psychologist) to get everyone ready to do their best in the club's interest. Harry has never managed to do this with Adel. And yet Colin did, and AT's record in Serie A was acceptable at the very least.
He had the misfortune to be part of two of the worst EPL clubs ever: us and Fulham, but if you analyse his stats as part of those two abortions, they are by no means awful.
Either you can manage your squad or you can't. Someone will get the best out of him. Possibly Harry's successor.

I'm a firm believer that succeeding in anything that you do in life is 90% down to attitude and hard work, the rest comes down to talent and a bit of good fortune. Adel has all the talent in the world and has been fortunate that 1 manager in his lifetime has been able to see beyond the unprofessionalism and the tantrums and give him the platform he needed to succeed. Unfortunately that type of arrangement can't last forever and he's been found out.
Harry's successor will get the best out of him? No chance mate.......more likely that we'll never see him in the hoops again in my opinion!

The post you're referring to says nothing about the premiership. It's Taarabt's attitude that's the problem, and please don't write any more rubbish blaming HR as the attitude problems were long there before HR turned up.

100% agree. Adel is 25 now. In his career he has had one good season where Warnock let him do exactly what he wanted and we know from his book it was extreme and not sustainable. Aside from that a brief spell under Hughes and seemed to do ok overall in 14 games in Serie A.
Some say he was unfortunate to play in appalling Premiership sides but I can't help but remember all the dire set pieces, dreadful shooting, frequently losing possession because he refused to pass. Yes we had some moments of magic but also lost numerous opportunities from good positions and kept losing possession due to him.
I actually think we are looking good going forward and feel a little sorry for Adel that his career has stalled but that is down to him. Time to move on.
