what? a player that we actually make some money on (even if there is a release clause) when we get rid of them...

thinking about it, remy is just about the only player we signed during the premier league era that will actually command a fee, rather than needing a pay-off.

To be honest, if Remy's agent is doing his job properly we are bound not to get a penny more than the figure specified in the buyout clause!

Because he would never, ever have come to us in a million years without a load of clauses in his favour. Even so, we still make money on him. I dont begrudge him a move if he leaves on the cheap.
